Consultation on admission arrangements for September 2027
The Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership is consulting on proposed changes to the admissions policy to take effect for school admissions for September 2027. The proposed changes will affect new applications for entry into our school from 1 September 2027 onwards. In this case the consultation period will run from 17 October 2025 to 28 November 2025.

Decisions about admissions to the school are made by the Academy Trust, as St Richard's is part of the Kent Catholic Schools Partnership. As a Catholic school, we obviously give priority to Catholic children, and if your child is a Catholic this must be evidenced by providing a copy of the Baptismal Certificate.
Not all children at the school are Catholics, however, and many parents choose the school because they like its ethos and the extra dimension brought to what we do by our belief in Christian values. Further information regarding our oversubscription criteria can be found in the documents below.
