Pupil Premium
Is your child entitled to Pupil Premium?
If you are on certain benefits, are a member of the Armed Forces, or are a carer for a looked after child, then you are entitled to Pupil Premium. Simply complete the Pupil Premium form (below) to ensure the school receives additional funding and your child continues to receive Free School Meals from YR-Y6.
What is Pupil Premium?
The Pupil Premium is designed to ensure that funding to tackle disadvantage reaches the pupils who need it most. The funding is allocated to Local Authorities and schools with pupils from Reception to Y11 who are eligible for free school meals (FSM), are looked after, or have parents currently in the Armed Forces.
How we allocate funds
Please see the documents below for our three year Pupil Premium Strategy Plan.
The role of the Local Governing Committee
The Headteacher reports to the LGC as part of the analysis of pupil achievement. Any necessary actions may form part of the School Development Plan.
